We want you to be completely satisfied with your glow, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty products cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and in their original Bali Body packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
